Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize lead flow, ensuring timely validation, consistent follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping.
- Engage proactively with prospective client calls, messages, and other channels, maintaining quick response times.
- Maintain strong responsiveness and availability to effectively support the sales pipeline.
- Provide end-to-end operational support to the sales team, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
- Streamline day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and zero process gaps.
- Track and execute all follow-ups, reminders, and scheduled interactions without delays or misses.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preference for candidates with experience in sales operations, or business development.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and follow up effectively.
- Highly proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage high-volume lead pipelines.
- Comfortable being available and responsive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and follow-ups.
