Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our Sales and Design teams. The role involves coordinating internal teams, tracking action items, managing communication with clients and vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should be smart, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Sales Operations Executive – Modular – Würfel Küche
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years total work experience, including 1 year at a modular company
Educational Qualification: Graduation / Relevant Diploma (minimum 15 years of academic education)
License/Certification: Valid Driving License Required
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales and Design teams with day-to-day operational support
- Attend meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes (MoM)
- Track action items, timelines, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, suppliers, factory, and finance teams
- Support sales documentation, proposals, and basic reporting
- Maintain and update records, trackers, and databases using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of pending tasks
- Handle internal coordination to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Perform any additional tasks assigned to support sales operations
Skills & Requirements
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Detail-oriented with good documentation skills
- Willingness to learn, work hard, and take ownership
- Flexible to work extended hours when business demands
- Exposure to sales, design, vendor management, and operations

Work Schedule
- Day Shift: Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
