Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities through outreach, referrals, and digital channels
- Build and manage partnerships with schools, pediatric clinics, hospitals, NGOs, and early intervention centers
- Conduct sales calls and discovery meetings with prospective clients and institutional partners
- Pitch Neuronurture’s services to principals, special educators, pediatricians, and parent groups
- Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of leads, with systematic tracking of outreach and follow-ups
- Create and implement a structured follow-up plan with defined timelines and communication protocols
- Collaborate with the founder to design service packages, pricing strategies, and partnership models for institutional clients
- Develop and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for use with partners and parents
Operations & Administration
- Manage end-to-end client coordination, including onboarding, session scheduling, and ongoing support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring a seamless therapy experience
- Coordinate with the therapist team on scheduling, availability, session assignments, and coverage
- Maintain accurate client records, session logs, and therapist rosters
- Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding dues
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on client activity, revenue, therapist utilization, and business development progress
- Streamline and document internal SOPs to enhance operational efficiency
- Support the founder with administrative tasks, communications, and ad-hoc projects
- Optimize therapist utilization by effectively managing cancellations and rescheduling opportunities
- Collect and analyze parent feedback periodically to improve service quality
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, ensure seamless operations, and foster a strong team culture
- Plan and organize parent webinars and engagement sessions
- Create and execute social media and community-level marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and client acquisition
