Sales Operations Executive
Location: 4th Floor, Tower B, Godrej Eternia, Divisa Herbals Private Limited, Plot No. 70, Industrial Area Phase I, Chandigarh – 160002
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary: 25k to 30k
Job Description:
1. Plan sales activities as per targets in coordination with the reporting manager
2. Update sales projection and production sheets after discussion with the PPIC department
3. Generate and obtain sales orders from PAN India markets
4. Handle queries raised by the market and distributors
5. Validate near-expiry and expired stock data received from super stockists
6. Plan, prepare, and execute sales schemes
7. Prepare and maintain birthday and anniversary data of Remedial Healthcare
8. Verify CRN sheets for goods returns
9. Prepare category-wise sales data for online trade
10. Coordinate with the Kala-Amb team for expiry goods return and related activities
11. Prepare stock sheets after month-end closing for projection planning
12. Verify discount sheets for super stockist and Wal-Mart rates
13. Check and verify mattress bills
14. Manage near-expiry products by creating suitable schemes
15. Check and rectify field staff expense reports
16. Manage daily attendance of assigned field staff
17. Cross-check sales billing for accuracy
18. Create and maintain various Excel reports and sheets
19. Manage vendor purchase orders (POs)
20. Prepare monthly scheme circulars in coordination with the marketing team
21. Resolve and follow up on field staff queries
22. Maintain and update birthday lists
