About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Onboarding Executive to manage the customer journey from demo to successful product setup. This is a hybrid role involving sales, client interaction, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilites
- Conduct product demos for inbound leads
- Perform follow-ups and basic cold outreach
- Understand client requirements and recommend solutions
- Assist customers with product setup and configuration
- Explain automation workflows and product features clearly
Requirement
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Comfortable with calls and client interaction
- Basic understanding of SaaS or tech products
- Self-motivated and quick learner
- Prior experience in sales, onboarding, or support is a plus
Compensation
- Salary: ₹12,000 per month
- Performance incentives (if applicable)
