Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amritsar for a Sales Officer/Sales Manager at Multimoney Forex. The role involves driving sales operations, managing customer interactions, generating leads, and supporting channel sales initiatives. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, implementing sales plans, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions and teamwork.
- Experience with Sales Operations and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Channel Sales and the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
- Proficiency in financial services or forex sector is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
