Job Title: Sales Officer NMT, OTC- Trade
Job Summary
The Sales Officer NMT, OTC- Trade is responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts within the modern trade sector. This role requires a strategic approach to sales management, key account development, and effective team handling to achieve both primary and secondary sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to enhance business development.
- Conduct sales forecasting and category management to optimize product placement and sales performance.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in modern trade sales and key account management.
- Proven track record in sales management and achieving sales targets.
