Role Description
This is a full-time role based out of multiple locations in India for a Sales Officer. The primary responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and managing sales operations. The Sales Officer will work closely with channel partners and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service while meeting sales targets and company objectives.

Kolkata – Midnapore, Burdwan, Durgapur, Asansol, Raniganj, Hooghly
Bhubaneswar – Angul, Paradip, Rourkela, Cuttack, Khurda
Jaipur – Sitapura, Bhiwadi, Bagru, Neemrana, Alwar, Pali, Bhilwara
Hubli / Dharwad / Gadag
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with stakeholders
- Experience in Sales Operations, including managing sales processes and achieving targets
- Knowledge of Channel Sales and distribution networks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the PPE or related industry, is a plus
