Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer Modern Trade located in Kolkata. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing the company's modern trade sales operations, identifying and generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies, managing relationships with channel partners, coordinating with internal teams to achieve sales targets, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes across modern trade outlets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, with the ability to execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Strong skills in Customer Service and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Proven ability to identify and generate new leads
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry will be an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Any relevant academic qualifications or industry certifications
