We are looking for a motivated and target-driven
Sales Officer to drive secondary sales, increase retail coverage, and support distribution growth within the assigned territory. The candidate will work closely with the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM) to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
l Achieve monthly and quarterly secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
l Ensure effective retail coverage and outlet expansion.
l Support distributor operations and ensure proper stock availability.
l Execute company sales strategies and promotional activities in the market.
l Conduct daily market visits and generate new business opportunities.
l Maintain strong relationships with retailers and key customers.
l Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
l Ensure timely order booking and payment collections.
l Submit daily sales reports and MIS updates to reporting manager.
l Graduate in any discipline
l MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
l 3 - 4 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Spices sales
Preferred
l Experience in retail sales and distributor handling preferred
