Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Officer for our Gold Loan division based in Mumbai. The role involves developing and managing relationships with customers to promote gold loan products, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt service and addressing inquiries, and achieving sales targets as per organizational goals. The role also includes regularly reviewing market trends to provide competitive insights and offering tailored solutions to customers while adhering to ethical banking practices. This is an on-site role requiring effective collaboration with team members and local stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Sales skills, including identifying customer needs and offering relevant solutions, are essential.
- Basic financial services knowledge, with a focus on gold-related products and banking operations.
- Market research skills to analyze trends and provide informed customer recommendations.
- Ability to meet sales targets within a competitive environment and multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in local language(s) is advantageous for client interactions.
- Previous experience in financial services or sales in a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
