Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer - Gold Loan based in Mumbai. The Sales Officer will focus on acquiring and building a customer base for gold loan products, generating leads, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves conducting gold loan operations, managing documents, verifying collateral, and overseeing loan disbursements. Additionally, the Sales Officer will collaborate with sales channels to increase customer acquisition, meet sales targets, and drive branch profitability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and effective communication skills to ensure excellent client interactions.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Understanding of Channel Sales to manage and coordinate between teams and stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or 12th
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and goal-driven performance orientation.
- Familiarity with gold loan products and relevant financial services is an advantage.
