Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer at our Ahmedabad/Vadodara/Surat/Rajkot location. The Sales Officer will oversee day-to-day sales operations and foster strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include lead generation, developing channel sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing key sales activities aimed at driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
- Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Service
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors
- Proficiency in sales tools and software
- Previous experience in the FMCG or dairy industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
