Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Bengaluru. The Sales Officer will focus on lead generation, customer engagement, and driving sales operations. Responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, managing the sales funnel, acquiring new clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet strategic goals. The role requires effective communication to represent Bhanzu’s mission and align with its growth objectives.


Qualifications

  • Sales-related competencies, including proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations.
  • Strong abilities in Customer Service and fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills to articulate solutions and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in Channel Sales or working with sales partners is highly valued.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
