Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Officer at YES BANK. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying and acquiring potential clients, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. The role requires effective lead generation, conducting sales operations, coordinating with channel sales teams, meeting sales targets, and promoting bank products to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to meet the needs of clients effectively.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to strengthen the business pipeline and achieve targets.
- Expertise in Channel Sales to coordinate with partners and stakeholders for business development.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships, with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the banking industry or financial services will be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or any related field.
