Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Noida. The Salesperson will be actively involved in generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include presenting and promoting Troovy’s products, identifying customer needs, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute sales strategies effectively. The role also involves regular market research to identify new opportunities and staying informed about the latest trends in the FMCG and snack industry.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales strategy formulation and execution
- Ability to conduct market research and identify sales opportunities
- Experience in account management and customer relationship building
- Understanding of the FMCG/food industry is a plus
- Goal-oriented, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
