Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating sales operations, and maintaining productive relationships with channel partners. The individual will be expected to meet sales targets, support customer acquisition efforts, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to address customer needs and build positive relationships
- Experience with Lead Generation and strategies to identify and acquire potential customers
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, including collaboration with sales partners, distributors, and stakeholders
- Ability to meet sales goals and work in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the automotive sector or retail sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude
