Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Narmadapuram (Hosangabad) M.P., The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining communication with the channel sales network, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will require active engagement with local clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and negotiation
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and managing the sales process effectively
- Experience in Channel Sales and working with distribution networks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Familiarity with agricultural products or the fertilizer/chemical industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
