Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Branch Banking Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting banking products with a major focus on gold loans, along with handling field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell gold loan products to customers
- Generate business through field sales and branch walk-ins
- Work on partial leads provided by the bank and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with willingness to work in the field
- Basic knowledge of banking products is an advantage
