Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for our product lines, including hair care, cooking edible oils, spices, and coconut oil. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, driving market expansion, and leading field teams to deliver strong execution across General Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & distribution targets for the assigned area.
- Negotiates pricing, promotions, and contracts
- Ensures product listing, visibility, and shelf space
- Tracks sales performance and targets
- Coordinates with supply chain and marketing teams
- Plans in-store promotions and campaigns

- Strong FMCG sales & distribution management
- Team leadership & negotiation skills
- Data-driven decision making
- Market understanding & execution excellence
Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- 5-8 yrs. of FMCG sales experience (General Trade)
