Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. The role involves active contribution to sales and distribution processes, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. The Sales Officer will manage relationships with channel partners, oversee sales operations, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify new opportunities and execute sales processes efficiently.
- Proficiency in Channel Sales and managing partner relationships to drive business growth.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in the FMCG sector or familiarity with ayurvedic products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with a focus on targets and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
