Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Officer at Plix. The Sales Officer will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying potential customers and generating leads to closing deals and supporting post-sales engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to prospective customers through calls, digital channels, and partner networks, presenting product offerings, and clearly communicating value propositions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports. The Sales Officer will also build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners, respond to inquiries, and provide service that reflects Plix’s brand values.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Operations and Lead Generation skills to manage pipelines, track performance, and convert prospects into customers.
- Experience with Channel Sales, including building and maintaining relationships with distributors, partners, or affiliates.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to understand customer needs, handle objections, and ensure a positive experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
- Prior experience in consumer products, wellness, or FMCG sales is an advantage.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or a related field.
