Sales OfficerSales Officer
Job Summary**
Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales of our pharmaceutical products within a designated territory. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical products.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to promote products, present features and benefits, and address customer inquiries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and product launches to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to support promotional activities and product awareness campaigns.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, with 2-5 years of experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
