Sales OfficerSales Officer
Job Summary:**
Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive pharmaceutical product sales within a defined territory. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to market growth.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for Piramal Pharma's product portfolio.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and clinics to promote products, provide product information, and address customer queries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and provide valuable feedback to the sales management team.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a similar therapeutic area.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
