About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer to drive on-ground sales, expand distribution, and strengthen our presence in the FMCG market. This role is ideal for professionals who understand retail ecosystems and are passionate about building emerging brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and expand distributor and retailer network in the assigned territory
- Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Execute market visits regularly to drive visibility and brand presence
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration
- Ensure proper stock availability and merchandising at retail outlets
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
- Manage collections and ensure timely payments
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience
- Experience with A+ / Organic / Tea brands preferred
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and distribution channels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
