Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Officer position based on-site in Bilaspur. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Officer will focus on executing sales strategies, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, reporting sales performance, and collaborating with the team to enhance overall sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in relationship management and client engagement
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to track and achieve sales targets
• Organizational and time-management abilities for effective task prioritization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in the retail or beauty industry is a plus
• Basic understanding of market trends and consumer preferences in cosmetics
• Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
