Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Officer role based on-site in Delhi, India. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating leads, supporting sales operations, and driving channel sales initiatives. The role includes achieving sales targets, maintaining regular communication with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product representation in the market.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries.
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify new business opportunities and streamline processes.
- Experience in Channel Sales to manage partner relationships and drive distribution strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A goal-oriented attitude and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency in relevant technology and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Professional experience in the beauty care, grooming, or personal care industry is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
