Role Description
Maxiva Crop Care is seeking a dedicated Sales Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat, India. The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to drive sales of the company’s agricultural products. Key tasks include identifying sales opportunities, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, conducting market analysis, promoting innovative crop care solutions, and providing customer support. The role requires effective communication and a proactive approach to addressing client needs while contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Knowledge of agriculture and crop care products, including Chemical Pesticides, Biopesticides, and Nutrition Products
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners
- Proficiency in market analysis and customer insights to identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat and surrounding areas
- Prior experience in the agriculture or crop care industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
