π Category: Confectionery (Soft-Boiled Candies β Malas Portfolio)
The incumbent will be responsible for driving secondary and primary sales, strengthening distributor partnerships, and ensuring best-in-class execution in General Trade channels. This role requires strong market understanding, execution excellence, and team leadership capabilities.
β’ Deliver and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets (Primary & Secondary)
β’ Drive outlet expansion, numeric distribution, and market penetration
β’ Lead, coach, and monitor field force (Salesmen / Sales Representatives) to ensure high productivity
β’ Strengthen distributor operations, stock planning, and liquidation efficiency
β’ Execute trade schemes, visibility initiatives, and promotional activities effectively
β’ Ensure high standards of reporting discipline and data accuracy
β’ Maintain control over distributor financials, including outstanding and claim management
β’ 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales (Confectionery / Snacks / Beverages preferred)
β’ Strong exposure to General Trade (GT) and wholesale channel management
β’ Demonstrated capability in managing and driving performance of downline sales teams
β’ Established distributor network and deep understanding of local markets
β’ Proven track record of consistent target achievement and business growth
β’ High level of ownership, execution rigor, and result orientation
