πŸ” Role Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for driving secondary and primary sales, strengthening distributor partnerships, and ensuring best-in-class execution in General Trade channels. This role requires strong market understanding, execution excellence, and team leadership capabilities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

β€’ Deliver and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets (Primary & Secondary)

β€’ Drive outlet expansion, numeric distribution, and market penetration

β€’ Lead, coach, and monitor field force (Salesmen / Sales Representatives) to ensure high productivity

β€’ Strengthen distributor operations, stock planning, and liquidation efficiency

β€’ Execute trade schemes, visibility initiatives, and promotional activities effectively

β€’ Ensure high standards of reporting discipline and data accuracy

β€’ Maintain control over distributor financials, including outstanding and claim management

πŸ‘€ Candidate Profile

β€’ 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales (Confectionery / Snacks / Beverages preferred)

β€’ Strong exposure to General Trade (GT) and wholesale channel management

β€’ Demonstrated capability in managing and driving performance of downline sales teams

β€’ Established distributor network and deep understanding of local markets

β€’ Proven track record of consistent target achievement and business growth

β€’ High level of ownership, execution rigor, and result orientation
