Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, participating in promotional activities, and fostering effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, along with superior communication and negotiation skills
- Solid problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and utilizing sales software or CRM tools is an advantage
- Self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a team
- Prior experience in food and beverage or retail sales is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
