Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and executing channel sales strategies. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve sales targets, expand customer reach, and foster long-term client relationships. Additional responsibilities include identifying market opportunities and providing feedback to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to drive revenue growth effectively.
- Experience with Channel Sales, including building and managing distributor and retailer networks.
- Proficient in developing sales strategies and market research to identify and seize opportunities.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and close sales deals promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in the FMCG or food products industry is an advantage.
