Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales operations, managing channel sales, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, promoting bank products and services, and meeting assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and ability to identify potential opportunities
- Strong Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English is an added advantage
