Role Description
The Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include driving lead generation activities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing top-quality customer service. The role requires managing sales operations, promoting banking products and services, achieving sales targets, and collaborating effectively within the sales channel network to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience or competency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven sales environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for fostering customer relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
- Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a team
