Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving financial targets through the sale of banking products and services. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and supporting sales operations. Additionally, the role involves engaging with channel partners to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness in achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Communication and Sales Operations
- Experience in Channel Sales and related activities
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships effectively
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
