Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Guwahati. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing channel partnerships, and handling day-to-day sales operations. Your role will include lead generation, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction, building relationships with clients, and meeting targets. Additionally, you will provide feedback to improve sales processes and collaborate with teams to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Sales Operations and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge in Channel Sales to manage distributor and vendor relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in the food or consumer goods industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
