Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer, based in Gorakhpur. The Sales Officer will drive growth by generating leads, building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating home loan and secured business loan offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing channel sales, conducting sales operations, meeting targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and related strategies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Sales Operations and experience in working within sales processes
- Experience in Channel Sales or partner management
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Relevant experience in financial services or home loans is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
