Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role located in the Ludhiana or his base location. The Sales Officer will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying and generating leads, executing channel sales strategies, and supporting sales operations. This role involves actively engaging with customers to provide financial solutions and services tailored to their needs, while contributing to the business growth of the bank.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Lead Generation skills
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills are highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or banking is an advantage
