Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer, based in Mahoba. The Sales Officer will engage in lead generation, build relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promote relevant financial products and services. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, servicing customers, supporting channel partners, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to establish rapport and foster strong client relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and ability to identify potential customers and business opportunities
- Knowledge of Sales Operations and Channel Sales with proven ability to manage workflows and collaborate with partners
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an added advantage
- Proficiency in regional languages spoken in Mahoba is a plus
