Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Khargone. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and executing channel sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include building customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and supporting the overall growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships and provide exceptional support.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify new business opportunities and manage the sales process efficiently.
- Experience in Channel Sales to develop and maintain productive partnerships with distributors and retailers.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and develop effective strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the tea or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
