Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Rajkot. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales operations, fostering relationships with customers, and collaborating with channel partners. Additional tasks include maintaining high levels of customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
- Experience with Channel Sales and relationship management
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in financial services or microfinance is an advantage
