Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Officer, based in Delhi, India. The Sales Officer will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including identifying and generating leads, engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, and working with distribution channels to drive revenue. The role requires a focus on building strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and Lead Generation to identify and capture market opportunities
- Experience in Channel Sales and a proven ability to work collaboratively with distribution networks
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Goal-oriented mindset and keen problem-solving abilities to meet targets effectively
- Local knowledge of the Delhi market and fluency in relevant languages considered an advantage
