Role Description
Sales Officer – Organic Fertilisers & Bio fertilisers.
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Sales Executive to develop dealer networks and promote organic fertiliser products across Kota-Bundi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage dealers/distributors for organic fertiliser products.
- Promote products such as Bio fertilisers, Bio pesticides, Micronutrients mixture, seaweed, and bio stimulants.
- Visit farmers and dealers regularly for product promotion and relationship building.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle collections and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify market opportunities and increase product awareness in the region.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for business growth.
Job Details:
- Location: Kota-Bundi District.
- Timing: 9:00 AM – 6 PM
- Experience: 3–5 years preferred in reputed fertiliser company.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc Agriculture / MBA Marketing / MBA Agribusiness.
- Experience in fertiliser, agrochemical, or agricultural input industry preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and market awareness.
- Customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and field marketing.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and digital tools.
- Fluency in Hindi and local language (Hadoti preferred).
Additional Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
- Positive, confident, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Committed for service period 1-2 yrs.
