Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Chinsurah-Mogra. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, identifying and pursuing leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves managing channel sales, addressing client needs, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaborating with various stakeholders, the Sales Officer will also play a vital role in tracking sales performance and achieving company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work within a team
- Knowledge of local markets and consumer trends in the FMCG sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
