Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bareilly for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, implementing sales strategies, providing customer support, and preparing sales reports. Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and addressing customer feedback is integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of FMCG, distribution networks, and regional market dynamics
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG or related industry is preferred
