Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Officer, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with channel partners and ensuring seamless execution of sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities and execute effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of Channel Sales strategies and the ability to collaborate with distribution partners
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving sales goals effectively
- Familiarity with the beverage or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
