Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Udaipur. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating new leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and handling channel sales. The role includes addressing customer inquiries, providing information about housing finance products, and ensuring a seamless mortgage application process for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Operations and Channel Sales experience, including the ability to work with partners and distributors effectively
• Proven skills in Lead Generation and creating new business opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with a customer-centric approach
• Basic knowledge of housing finance and mortgage products is an added advantage
• Proficiency in local language(s) is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Team player with a proactive and results-driven mindset
