Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will engage with customers to promote and sell smartphones, accessories, and services. This individual will identify customer needs, guide them through the available options, and achieve sales targets. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, tracking sales, and preparing reports to provide insights into customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
- Basic technical knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the retail, technology, or smartphone industry is a plus
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
