Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and overseeing channel sales activities. Key tasks include generating leads, conducting customer service activities, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and effective relationship management
- Skills in Lead Generation and identifying potential market opportunities
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written interaction
- Experience in Sales Operations and achieving sales goals efficiently
- Knowledge of Channel Sales strategy and execution
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in the FMCG or bakery products sector is preferred
