Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer at Bajaj Finserv’s Ahmedabad location. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting channel sales efforts. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service to enhance overall client satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be a part of the day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth sales processes.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and channel partners
- Understanding of Channel Sales and collaborative sales strategies
- Proficiency in relationship-building and managing a customer portfolio
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a competitive environment
- Prior experience in financial services or related industries is an advantage
- Graduation in any Feild.
