Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Jalandhar. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, conducting lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, and collaborating with channel sales teams. The role also includes meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing product and service guidance tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Expertise in Sales Operations, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey product value and address customer queries
- Experience in Channel Sales, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in financial services or a related field is an advantage
- High levels of motivation, integrity, and teamwork
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
